This belt mainly used to transport the material of high temperature, such as sintering mine, hot coke, cement clinker, hot casting etc.
According to the performance and different heat resistant level, rubber cover can be EPDM rubber or SBR Rubber. High strengh and penetrating polyester canvas or cotton canvas as the strength layers. In order to improve its service life, heat resistant glass-cloth can be added between rubber cover and frame layers. Endless belt can be made according to customers' demand.
Applicable temperature & layer material:
- Normal heat resistant belt: <=125 degree Celsius & cotton Canvas
- Class-I heat resistant belt:
<=150 degree celsius & High temperature cotton canvas
- Class-II heat resistant belt:
<=180 degree celsius & EP canvas, wire rope core
- Class-III heat resistant belt:
<=250 degree celsius & Metal mesh core, aramid fiber |
